These terms apply when you use the CRT Midwest website, ask us for a price or receive text messages from us. By using the site you agree to them. CRT Midwest LLC is called "CRT Midwest", "we" or "us" below.
1. Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to request a price for your own home or property. Please give us accurate information, don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, scrape it or send spam through it.
2. Price ranges and AI previews are estimates
Good / Better / Best price ranges, AI previews of finished rooms and example images on this site are estimates and illustrations. They are not offers and they are not contracts. Before-and-after images on this site are AI renders, not finished CRT Midwest projects.
Only a signed contract with a fixed price is binding. We set the fixed price after a video call and, when needed, a short site check. Hidden conditions, such as damage behind walls, are handled as described in your contract.
3. Text messaging terms
- Program name: CRT Midwest project updates.
- What we send: replies to your questions, your price range and preview, scheduling and appointment reminders, project and stage updates, and payment reminders. If you also opted in to tips and offers, we may send those occasionally.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your project.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Help and opt-out: reply HELP for help or STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. You can also contact us at [Email] or [Phone].
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
4. Photos you upload
You own the photos and scans you send us. By sending them, you give us permission to use them to prepare and deliver your quote and your project, including sharing them with the crew assigned to your job and the service providers that help us (such as AI processing). We will not use them in our marketing without your written permission.
5. No warranty on site content
We work to keep this site accurate, but its content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Typical project prices, timelines and images are general information and can change. This does not affect the warranty on work we perform, which is set out in your contract.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CRT Midwest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our responsibilities for renovation work are set out in your signed contract.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
