Do you need to come measure before giving me a price?
Usually not. Six photos (or a room scan in the CRT app, coming soon) give us enough for a real Good / Better / Best range, and a 15-minute video call fills in the details and turns it into a fixed price. For basements, hidden damage or unclear scope, our site supervisor stops by for a short check before we fix the price.
Is the price range from my photos binding?
No, and that's on purpose. The photo range is never the contract. Only the fixed price we agree on after the video call is binding.
What if you find damage behind the wall?
Hidden damage like rot or old leaks can't be seen in any photo. If we find it, we stop, photograph it, show you in the app and give you a price for the fix before doing any extra work. You decide.
How do payments work?
You pay a 30% deposit at signing. After that you pay as each stage passes its photo check, and you see the checked photos of every stage in the app.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. ¡Sí! Our AI assistant replies in English or Spanish, day or night, usually in under a minute, and a person takes over anytime.
